The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts

The trips offered for WAGGGS are for the Women of WAGGGS those that are members past or present of the largest women's movement in the World. 

Nancy the owner of Going Places Together has been a member of Girl Guides of Canada for many many years as a youth member and as an adult. At this time Nancy is a member of her local Trefoil Guild.

When Nancy started Going Places Together it was for her friends / sisters in Guiding. For many years tours to the World Centres and other destinations related to Guiding/Girl Scouting was all that Going Places Together offered. As all things change so did Going Places Together. She added tours for book lovers, tours for artists and took her travellers to many considered exotic destinations of the world. 

It is time to return to her roots. She decided to look again at what Guiding, Girl Scouting women might be looking for. The first trip of the new / renewed specialized tours is Around Our World to the Four World Centres (Sangam in India, Our Cabana in Mexico, Our Chalet in Switzerland and Pax Lodge in London England) of WAGGGS departed Feb. 17, 2015. As of 2020 Going Places Together has done this trip three times and is planning one for 2023. 

If you are a Women of WAGGGS (once a Guide always a Guide) you will find at Going Places Together, exciting destinations with like minded women. 

Please note tours offered by Going Places Together are not supported by the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. It is a private company offering you the chance to travel, together!
